Intensively devoted to transplant medicine since the beginning of her professional career as nephrologist, since 1993 works as transplant coordinator of TC IKEM. From 1995 to 2005 Chairperson of the Commission of Coordinators of the Czech Republic, from 1998 member of the Board of the Czech Transplant Society (1998-2002, 2007 Scientific Secretary), from 2002 to 2006 and 2008-2012 President of the CTS.
She has published several works dealing with deceased organ donors and marginal donors in the following journals: Transplantation, Transplant International, and American Journal of Transplantation.
