Ferran Céspedes Laca is a Senior Social Worker in the Emergency Room of Hospital Clínic of Barcelona. He deals with patients and families, taking care of problems related with hospitalization and crisis intervention. Social Work degree (Universitat de Barcelona), Postgraduate in Gerontology (Universitat Ramon Llull, Barcelona), Postgraduate in Nursing Homes Management (EADA), Master degree in Gerontology (Universitat de Barcelona). Interested in bioethics, attended a course at Institut Borja de Bioètica. Currently ending a Master degree in Bioethics and Law (Universitat de Barcelona).Former Fulbright-CIP granted at Ohio Rehabilitation Services. Since 2010 member of the Hospital Clínic Committee of Ethics.
